The plug to pin assembly machines has been designed by CSM Machinery for the assembly of plastic plug to the bottom terminal pins. These are designed to enhance the production process in line with modern production needs. These units are best suited to customers having manual or semi-automatic welding of terminal pins to coils.
The plug to pin assembly machine is available in two versions:
- automatic: it is an electro-pneumatic device to assemble automatically the plastic plugs on the bottom terminal pins. An automatic vibrating feeder for plastic plugs requires presence of the operator only for a reload of feeders or eventual clearing up of a jammed plug
- manual: it is an electro pneumatic device, with manual loading, to assemble automatically the plastic plugs on the bottom terminal pins
